Peter came somewhat late to the law after careers in commerce and in the care of the mentally ill. He has been with Healds for nearly five years and has run the private client department during this time. Peter is able to deal with any queries you may have regarding probate, wills and other related matters including powers of attorney, court of protection and questions regarding the funding of care.

Peter is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
When not fully occupied by the demands of working for Healds, Peter follows the progress of Lancashire County Cricket Club and has played for Wigan Law Society cricket team. Although not a native Wiganer, he does his best to fit in.Peter plays the saxophone (badly).
